Cancellation Policy

Streetwise New York Tours, LLC  reserves the right to cancel a tour (or reschedule a tour if possible) if weather conditions are deemed to be unsafe. Upon cancellation, Streetwise New York Tours, LLC will refund the full cost of the tour to the customer. Extreme weather conditions can include snow storms, hurricanes, declared weather emergencies, extreme heat above 95F (35C), extreme cold below 25F (-4C), or any other condition deemed to be unsafe or unmanageable at the discretion of Streetwise New York Tours, LLC.

A customer may cancel a tour with 48 hours notice for a full refund. Refunds are at the discretion of Streetwise New York Tours, LLC with less than 48 hours cancellation notice.
